Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence; assisting attorneys with deposition preparation and other discovery requests, preparing for client meetings, document productions, depositions, hearings and trials. Additional duties include routine handling of correspondence; and maintaining an electronic case management system to ensure all deadlines are met for assigned cases.
