<p>We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. This is a contract position that requires expertise in financial accounting and reporting. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is fully remote. Prior experience in the advertising industry is required.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and analyze journal entries and accruals to maintain the general ledger accurately.</p><p>• Assist in generating monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss reports.</p><p>• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.</p><p>• Manage intercompany transactions and record necessary ledger entries.</p><p>• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Billing, and Accounts Receivable teams to validate subledger balances.</p><p>• Process invoices, employee expense reports, and credit card payments while ensuring supporting documentation is complete.</p><p>• Conduct variance analysis on operating expenses and prepare monthly reports.</p><p>• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information and documentation.</p><p>• Establish new general ledger accounts and maintain adherence to accounting standards.</p><p>• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team.</p>
