The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting processes to support our administrative and financial operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.<br>• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including generating invoices and tracking incoming payments.<br>• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial records and bank statements.<br>• Utilize QuickBooks for recording and maintaining financial data with precision.<br>• Review and code invoices for proper classification and entry into accounting systems.<br>• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation as needed.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.<br>• Support month-end and year-end closing activities to maintain accurate financial records.<br>• Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to accounting transactions in a timely manner.
<p><strong>Bookkeeper </strong></p><p>Compensation: 65-80K</p><p>The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance.
