Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, ensuring long-term sustainability and organizational growth. • Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, monitoring expenditures and analyzing variances to optimize resources. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings and grant reporting requirements. • Direct core accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. • Collaborate with external partners, including auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies, to maintain strong financial relationships. • Supervise patient accounting and revenue cycle operations, ensuring timely billing, reimbursement, and collections. • Implement and monitor financial systems and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting. • Manage and develop Finance and Patient Accounts teams, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluation. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial operations and organizational policies.
