Senior IBM Maximo DeveloperEmployment Type: 26 Week Contract Location: RemotePay: Available on W2 Only OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior IBM Maximo Developer with deep expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9 and Field Service Management (FSM) / Maximo Mobile to support our electric utility operations.The ideal candidate is a technical leader with strong architectural judgment, a mobile‑first mindset, and the ability to design scalable, resilient solutions that support field operations, inspections, outage response, and compliance-driven workflows.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead MAS 9 architecture and platform strategy, including configuration, governance, environment management (DEV/TEST/PROD), CI/CD, security, RBAC, and performance optimization.</li><li>Design and implement Maximo Mobile / FSM workflows for T&D field operations such as maintenance, inspections, safety tagging, and storm response.</li><li>Build offline‑first mobile solutions, optimize sync processes, and configure inspection forms, job plans, and digital procedures to enhance field usability and adoption.</li><li>Develop advanced Maximo customizations, including automation scripts (Jython/JavaScript), complex workflows, UI logic, asset hierarchies, predictive maintenance, and BIRT reporting.</li><li>Lead enterprise integrations using MIF and connect MAS 9 with OMS, GIS, SCADA, and ERP/financial systems while designing API and event-driven patterns.</li><li>Drive data migration and governance efforts, ensuring asset data quality, accuracy, and lifecycle traceability.</li><li>Support key T&D utility processes, including capital project tracking, asset commissioning, NERC compliance documentation, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.</li></ul>
