  • Develop efficient, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service<br>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders<br>Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting of datasets and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability<br>Mentor junior analysts by guiding on best practices and technical skills<br>Contribute to the development of data strategy, including tooling, architecture and process improvements<br>Train and support business users on the effective use of BI tools and reports<br>Leverage both on-premises and cloud-based data sources to drive data-informed decision-making<br>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand evolving business needs<br>Support additional data analysis tasks as assigned to meet organizational goals <br><br><br><br>Experience/Skills You’ll Need<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or other relevant degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role<br>Hands-on experience with BI tools including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms<br>Communicate insights effectively and recommend data-driven solutions to stakeholders<br>Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to perform accurately and efficiently under pressure<br>Self-motivated and collaborative, capable of working independently with minimal supervision<br>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; strong leadership and organizational skills<br>Proficient in writing SQL queries for databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle and Firebird<br>Experience with statistical programming and analysis using R or Python<br>Experience identifying business problems and translating them into data analysis objectives<br><br><br><br>Preferred Experience/Skills<br><br>Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Desktop and service, M Language, DAX, and Power Query <br>Microsoft certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst Associate and/or Fabric Analytics Engineer<br>Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling and data cleansing techniques<br>Skilled in developing and maintaining standard and custom business reports for various stakeholders<br>Manage reusable templates, models and assets to streamline reporting and analysis
