Verifies data (billed % complete), seeks missing data (support for labor and materials) from appropriate department/division. Enter accurate data into accounting system or other system/program as needed.<br>• Responsible for monitoring job performance, billed position, and receivable collection for assigned projects. <br>• Effectively communicate with all levels of Operations and Sales team members regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications, approvals and any additional services related to billing.
