This role involves supporting attorneys and clients with intellectual property matters, including trademark filings and maintenance. If you have experience in intellectual property law and thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. <br> Responsibilities: • Review daily docket reports to identify pending actions, notify attorneys in advance, and ensure timely updates to records. • Send reminders to clients and foreign associates about upcoming deadlines and actions. • Conduct routine status checks on cases and update records accordingly. • Process incoming correspondence from organizations, foreign associates, and clients, including docketing and preparing response letters. • Prepare and file trademark, copyright, and domain name applications, as well as maintenance and renewal documents, within required timelines. • Coordinate with foreign associates on trademark applications, renewals, and maintenance. • Perform preliminary online searches for potential trademarks, summarize findings, and communicate results to attorneys. • Generate cost estimates for foreign trademark filings and share them with attorneys. • Compile status reports and summaries for attorneys and clients upon request. <br> The salary range for this position is $35 to $52.
