Rather than working within the constraints of an existing white-label platform, you'll help define new user journeys, create intuitive mobile experiences, and influence product direction as the application continues to scale.</p><p>You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to bring new features and experiences to life in a fast-moving, highly visible environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design end-to-end experiences for a native mobile application.</li><li>Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.</li><li>Design new screens, features, and interactions from concept through launch.</li><li>Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements and user stories into engaging user experiences.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are effectively implemented.</li><li>Apply user-centered design principles and usability best practices throughout the product lifecycle.</li><li>Contribute to and help evolve a scalable design system used across multiple digital products.</li><li>Participate in research, testing, and design validation efforts to improve user experiences.</li><li>Work within an agile product environment using tools such as Jira and Figma.</li></ul>
