Office Manager
We are looking for an organized and dependable Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a medical practice in Cranston, Rhode Island. This is a Contract position beginning 6/1, ideal for someone who can keep the office running smoothly while providing strong administrative and front-desk support. The right candidate will bring a detail-oriented approach to office coordination, staff support, and patient-facing responsibilities in a busy healthcare environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure the medical office operates efficiently and stays well organized.<br>• Coordinate front-desk coverage, greet visitors, and manage incoming calls with care and courtesy.<br>• Monitor inventory levels and arrange timely ordering of office and clinical supplies to avoid disruptions.<br>• Support scheduling, documentation, and general office workflows to maintain consistent service for patients and staff.<br>• Use Epic software to assist with office processes, record updates, and routine administrative tasks.<br>• Address workplace concerns promptly and help resolve conflicts in a calm, solutions-focused manner.<br>• Maintain orderly records, track operational needs, and assist with assignment coverage priorities during the contract period.
• Prior experience in office management, administrative coordination, or medical practice operations.<br>• Comfortable performing receptionist and front-office duties in a detail-oriented setting.<br>• Working knowledge of Epic software or the ability to quickly adapt to healthcare office systems.<br>• Experience managing office supplies, inventory, and general administrative needs.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle conflict effectively.<br>• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to shifting priorities.<br>• Dependable and available to support a contract assignment starting 6/1.
