Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Williston, Vermont. This long-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to manage scheduling, oversee operations, and provide light administrative support for a fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of energy, initiative, and ownership to the position, treating it as their own and ensuring success in all aspects of the role.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for a team of nine field technicians, ensuring efficiency and accountability.<br>• Monitor technician performance, holding them responsible for meeting schedules and delivering on commitments.<br>• Perform administrative tasks, including creating labels, maintaining accurate records, and logging data in internal systems.<br>• Support special projects and general operations using intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.<br>• Oversee the filing and organization of accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and providing solutions with attention to detail and confidence.<br>• Maintain effective communication with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Contribute to a positive, business-casual work environment by demonstrating reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or a related role.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to handle data and create documents effectively.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and detail-oriented approach.<br>• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• A self-starter attitude, demonstrating initiative and ownership over responsibilities.<br>• Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role.<br>• Ability to thrive in a business-casual office setting and adapt to changing priorities.<br>• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
