Executive Assistant
We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership in a Contract position based in Washington, District of Columbia. This role requires someone who can manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel planning with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable handling shifting priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage executive calendars by prioritizing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for daily activities.<br>• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, and related logistics.<br>• Coordinate meeting schedules for executives, ensuring attendees, materials, and timing are aligned for productive sessions.<br>• Prepare and maintain detailed travel agendas and supporting information to help executives stay organized while away from the office.<br>• Serve as a central point of coordination for executive commitments, adjusting plans as priorities change.<br>• Track upcoming meetings and travel needs to ensure deadlines, confirmations, and follow-up actions are completed on time.
• Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives.<br>• Strong ability to manage calendars involving multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.<br>• Proven experience booking and coordinating business travel with close attention to detail.<br>• Ability to organize executive meetings and maintain clear communication across participants.<br>• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a business setting.
