Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced customer support environment in Washington, District of Columbia. This is a Contract position focused on delivering courteous, efficient service while assisting customers by phone and accurately processing order information. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of interactions, resolving routine inquiries, and providing a dependable experience with each contact.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, providing clear information and helpful support.<br>• Assist customers with service questions, product inquiries, and general requests while maintaining a positive experience.<br>• Enter and update order details accurately in the appropriate systems to ensure timely processing.<br>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support customer follow-up and issue resolution.<br>• Document customer interactions thoroughly so records remain complete and up to date.<br>• Resolve routine concerns efficiently and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.<br>• Maintain service quality standards by communicating clearly, listening actively, and following established procedures.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.<br>• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.<br>• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer records.<br>• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.<br>• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound phone interactions.<br>• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
