Human Resources (HR) Assistant
<p>We are looking for an organized Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations in California. This position will partner closely with HR leadership and the broader HR team to help maintain efficient processes, coordinate follow-up activities, and provide dependable administrative support. The ideal candidate brings prior human resources experience, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and is comfortable working with employee relations matters and company policy administration.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Support the HR Manager and HR Generalist team with daily administrative and coordination tasks across human resources functions.</p><p>• Track outstanding HR items, coordinate follow-ups, and help ensure timely completion of employee-related actions and documentation.</p><p>• Assist with the interpretation and application of company policies by providing accurate information and escalating questions when appropriate.</p><p>• Help prepare, organize, and maintain confidential personnel records, reports, and HR documentation in accordance with internal standards.</p><p>• Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including gathering information and assisting with investigation-related documentation.</p><p>• Communicate with employees and internal stakeholders in a clear and attentive manner, including supporting Spanish-speaking team members when needed.</p><p>• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and routine HR communications to help keep department activities organized and on track.</p>
• 3+ years of experience in a human resources support or HR assistant role.<br>• Working knowledge of company policy administration and general HR procedures.<br>• Experience assisting with employee relations matters and investigation documentation.<br>• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English in a workplace setting.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and handle multiple priorities.<br>• High level of discretion when working with sensitive employee information.<br>• HR certification is preferred.
