This position is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with 1-4 years of experience handling insurance litigation and a proven ability to manage complex cases. This firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage all aspects of litigation cases, including drafting motions, handling discovery processes, and preparing for court proceedings.</p><p>• Conduct depositions effectively to gather critical information for case strategy.</p><p>• Perform detailed legal research and analysis to support case development and resolution.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies.</p><p>• Present findings and arguments proficiently during court appearances and client meetings.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards throughout case management.</p><p>• Handle insurance coverage disputes with a high level of accuracy and care.</p><p>• Stay updated on relevant laws and precedents to provide informed counsel.</p><p>• Travel occasionally for case-related matters as required.</p><p>• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and activities to enhance detail oriented growth.</p>

• Must hold an active attorney license in California.<br>• Possess 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in insurance coverage.<br>• Demonstrated ability to draft motions and manage discovery processes.<br>• Proven expertise in conducting depositions and presenting cases in court.<br>• Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills.<br>• Proficiency in legal research and the ability to present findings clearly.<br>• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.<br>• Willingness to travel occasionally for case-related obligations.
