This role focuses on tracking, labeling, and auditing company technology assets, as well as assisting with onboarding processes. You’ll also work with systems like Microsoft Intune for data entry and tracking. <strong><em>***Please note*** there is no IT troubleshooting or ticket resolution required.</em></strong><em> </em></p>

<p><br></p><p><strong>Asset Management & Tracking</strong></p><ul><li>Track and maintain accurate records of technology assets across various systems.</li><li>Conduct regular manual audits of hardware, including physical verification of asset tags, stickers, and locations.</li><li>Use tools like ManageEngine and Microsoft Intune to sync and update asset information.</li><li>Ensure devices are properly labeled and accounted for in the asset management system.</li></ul><p><strong>Onboarding Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with onboarding by preparing and recording technology assets for new hires.</li><li>Ensure all new equipment is properly logged and labeled before deployment.</li></ul><p><strong>Administrative Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Enter and update asset data in systems such as:</li><li>Microsoft Entra</li><li>Sophos</li><li>Intune (for asset tracking only — not for system troubleshooting)</li><li>Perform manual checks and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory data.</li></ul><p><strong>Ticketing System</strong></p><ul><li>This role does not involve working on IT support tickets.</li><li>You may work within a ticketing system strictly to manage and track asset-related tasks only (e.g., logging when devices are issued or returned).</li></ul><p> *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* </p>
