We are looking for an experienced AR Manager to support a client remotely through a Long-term Contract engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented accounting specialist who can oversee accounts receivable operations while working through detailed media billing scenarios with accuracy and speed. The position focuses on complex invoicing, pass through reconciliations, close activities, and team leadership in an environment where billing terms vary by contract and require strong analytical judgment. Responsibilities:• Lead day-to-day accounts receivable operations and provide guidance to the AR team to maintain timely and accurate billing activities.• Review and reconcile high-volume passthrough charges by comparing supporting data to the general ledger and resolving discrepancies efficiently.• Prepare and post journal entries related to receivables, revenue activity, and month-end accounting requirements.• Manage the month-end close process for AR-related items, including balance sheet reconciliations and detailed account analysis.• Oversee complex manual invoicing tied to media advertising contracts with varying commercial terms and billing structures.• Coordinate closely with accounts payable and other accounting partners when customer invoicing depends on vendor billing and cost validation.• Support revenue recognition activities by analyzing multi-line invoices, identifying applicable services, and ensuring amounts are recorded appropriately.• Use NetSuite to monitor billing workflows, maintain accurate financial records, and produce reliable reporting for management review.

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivables• Proven background in media advertising accounting, including an understanding of contract-based billing and passthrough charges.• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite in support of AR processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.• Demonstrated experience with month-end close, general ledger review, and journal entry preparation.• Solid expertise in account reconciliation, including balance sheet and bank reconciliation activities.• Ability to manage detailed manual invoicing in situations involving complex terms, dependencies, and high attention to accuracy.• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify issues quickly and follow through on resolution.
