You’ll:</p><ul><li>Lead and coach the AP/AR team with empathy and accountability</li><li>Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues and streamline operations</li><li>Manage vendor contracts, payment schedules, and customer account activity</li><li>Drive process improvements and digitization using ERP systems</li><li>Foster a positive, open, and efficient team culture</li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For</p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>true leader</strong> — someone who’s approachable, communicative, and strategic.
