We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to strengthen our cloud application environment and build reliable technical capabilities that support long-term business goals. This position will focus on creating and enhancing integrations, automation, reporting tools, and tailored system functionality within a growing enterprise platform. Based in Twinsburg, Ohio, this role works closely with business partners and technical teams to deliver stable, scalable solutions that improve performance and data accessibility.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build, test, and support connections between the cloud ERP platform and other business systems to ensure dependable data flow across applications.<br>• Develop and manage data conversion and migration activities that support new initiatives, enhancements, and future platform needs.<br>• Create custom technical solutions such as automated workflows, events, projections, and user-facing components that improve system functionality.<br>• Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to strengthen performance and reliability.<br>• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, development guidelines, and support materials that promote consistency across the environment.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into practical, maintainable technical designs.<br>• Contribute to upgrade planning, patch validation, release coordination, and testing efforts to support ongoing platform stability.<br>• Participate in design discussions and recommend development approaches that align with platform standards and long-term scalability.<br>• Help expand internal technical expertise by sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of in-house platform development capabilities.

• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience within an ERP ecosystem, with cloud platform experience strongly preferred.<br>• Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, connector frameworks, data migration utilities, workflow configuration, and reporting tools.<br>• Background supporting ERP implementations, version upgrades, or broad system enhancement initiatives in complex business environments.<br>• Working understanding of relational databases and experience with MySQL or similar database technologies.<br>• Ability to diagnose and resolve integration, data, and application issues across interconnected enterprise systems.<br>• Clear communication skills with the ability to produce organized technical documentation and explain solutions to varied audiences.<br>• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, e-commerce, or other operational business systems is preferred.<br>• Exposure to cloud architecture, middleware, or enterprise integration frameworks is a plus.
