<p><strong>Front Desk Coordinator </strong></p><p><strong> &#128205; Tulsa, OK 74133</strong></p><p><strong> &#128178; $18–$20hr (DOE)</strong></p><p><strong> &#127970; 100% On-Site Position</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and thrives on delivering excellent customer service while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and assist clients visiting the office for appointments or document drop-offs</li><li>Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and route them appropriately</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone</li><li>Scan, upload, and organize documents into internal systems</li><li>Support general front office operations to ensure a professional and welcoming environment</li><li>Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and document handling</li></ul>
<p><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of front desk, receptionist, or general office experience</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor</li><li>Experience handling high call volume in a professional office setting</li><li>Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new platforms</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in a legal or professional services office is helpful, but not required</li><li>Familiarity with office workflow systems and document management tools</li></ul><p><strong>Technology Used in This Role</strong></p><p>This position involves heavy daily use of office management systems, including:</p><ul><li>NetDocuments for file and document management</li><li>Centerbase for client tracking, billing, and workflow management</li></ul><p><br></p>
