Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in Tucson, Arizona. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at managing schedules, coordinating communication, and keeping executive priorities organized. The right candidate will bring strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and discretion.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments to support daily executive operations.<br>• Prepare, format, and distribute presentation materials, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.<br>• Record key discussion points during meetings and produce clear, organized minutes for follow-up and documentation.<br>• Monitor shifting priorities and help ensure executives stay informed, prepared, and on schedule throughout the workday.<br>• Serve as a central point of coordination for internal and external communications, responding effectively and routing information appropriately.<br>• Organize travel plans, meeting logistics, and related administrative details to support efficient executive workflow.<br>• Maintain confidential information with discretion while handling sensitive correspondence and operational matters.<br>• Track action items and follow through on deadlines to help ensure projects and meetings move forward efficiently.
• At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or comparable senior administrative support role.<br>• Demonstrated strength in calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating multiple priorities at once.<br>• Experience capturing meeting notes and creating accurate, detailed meeting minutes.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and document preparation.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion.<br>• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced business environment.<br>• Ability to manage sensitive information with sound judgment and confidentiality.
