We are looking for a dependable Logistics Coordinator to provide hands-on inventory and material support at a secure site in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. This Long-term Contract position focuses on daily package handling, stock organization, and accurate movement of materials to support ongoing field operations. The role requires someone who is comfortable with physical tasks, routine transportation of shipments, and close coordination in a controlled-access environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collect incoming packages from a designated local carrier and deliver them safely to the secure facility.<br>• Receive, sort, label, and store materials in an organized manner to maintain accurate stock availability.<br>• Pull requested parts and supplies promptly to support operational needs on site.<br>• Record inventory activity in internal systems, including receipts, transfers, usage, and item verification.<br>• Monitor stock movement and help maintain orderly storage areas for efficient retrieval and control.<br>• Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities with site personnel to ensure materials are available when needed.<br>• Perform routine handling of boxes and equipment, including lifting and moving items throughout the facility.

• Experience supporting logistics, inventory control, shipping, or distribution operations.<br>• Ability to coordinate material movement and maintain accurate inventory records.<br>• Comfortable working in a secure, controlled-access environment with on-site procedures.<br>• Capable of lifting and moving packages and materials as part of daily responsibilities.<br>• Must be a permanent resident with a valid Real ID.<br>• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute daily to Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established logistics and shipping processes.
