With a strong presence in the industry and a collaborative culture, they are seeking a results-driven Accounting Manager to lead their accounting operations and support strategic financial initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p><p>As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support accounting and inventory management processes. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities Include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP</li><li>Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset accounting</li><li>Collaborate with operations to monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and inventory valuation</li><li>Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors</li><li>Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP accounting, inventory systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Proven leadership and team management capabilities</li></ul>
