• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, such as CFO, VP of Finance, or senior Controller.<br>• Proven expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and capital planning.<br>• Strong background in margin optimization, cost analytics, and liquidity management.<br>• Familiarity with advanced financial systems and tools, including Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.<br>• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.<br>• Experience in sectors such as financial services, specialty finance, or real estate preferred.<br>• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and guide executive-level decisions.<br>• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
