IT HelpDesk/Systems Administrator
<p>We are looking for an experienced IT HelpDesk/Systems Administrator to join our team in the Greenville area. This long-term contract position involves providing comprehensive IT support to a 24/7 healthcare facility with approximately 400 employees. The role combines help desk assistance with advanced systems and network administration tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.</p><p>• Install, configure, and manage Windows Servers and associated systems to ensure optimal performance.</p><p>• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain secure and efficient operations.</p><p>• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and system performance challenges.</p><p>• Conduct regular system monitoring, backups, and updates to maintain IT infrastructure.</p><p>• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT processes and system configurations.</p><p>• Address and resolve issues with access control systems, including key card functionality.</p><p>• Remove outdated servers and ensure smooth transitions to updated systems.</p><p>• Provide on-call support during weekends as needed to address urgent IT matters</p>
• Proficiency in administering Active Directory and managing user access.<br>• Strong skills in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.<br>• Familiarity with Windows 10 for desktop support and configuration.<br>• Ability to manage and troubleshoot access control systems.<br>• Task-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond with urgency.<br>• Experience in healthcare IT environments is preferred but not required.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Availability to provide on-call support during weekends when necessary.
