<p>Key Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years of project management experience within construction, industrial services, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.</li><li>Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.</li><li>Strong understanding of project cost controls, estimating, and change order management.</li><li>Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.</li><li>Experience reviewing contracts, project specifications, and scopes of work.</li><li>Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
