Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations in Tempe, Arizona. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming workplace while balancing administrative, facilities, and service-oriented tasks. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, helping the office run efficiently and effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome employees, guests, and service providers while maintaining a detail-oriented and hospitable front desk presence.<br>• Oversee day-to-day office coordination by keeping shared spaces organized, stocked, and ready for business needs.<br>• Submit maintenance requests, monitor completion status, and follow up on facility-related issues to ensure timely resolution.<br>• Create and manage purchase orders and assist with tracking office-related expenses and service requests.<br>• Support budget monitoring by updating spreadsheets and reviewing departmental spending information in Excel.<br>• Coordinate with outside vendors for office services, deliveries, and scheduled support needs.<br>• Provide administrative assistance for a fast-paced sales office, including handling ad hoc requests with urgency and efficiency.<br>• Help plan office meetings or events by arranging room setup, supplies, and catering as needed.<br>• Assist with general workplace support tasks such as preparing refreshments or helping with other day-to-day office needs.
• Prior experience in a front desk, office coordination, or facilities support role.<br>• Background working in a detail-oriented corporate environment with a strong customer service focus.<br>• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests and shifting priorities.<br>• Troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve routine office and facility issues independently.<br>• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including basic Excel skills for tracking budgets and reports.<br>• Strong communication skills and a friendly, dependable approach when supporting staff and visitors.<br>• Comfort working with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to keep office operations running smoothly.
