<p>We are looking for an experienced Integrations Developer to join our team on a long-term contract in a fully remote position, supporting Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex integrations, extracts, and reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing system functionality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Extracts and integrations with external systems such as PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, and Kronos.</p><p>• Perform data mapping, conversions, and bulk data loads using HDL and related tools, supporting ongoing data maintenance.</p><p>• Develop BI Publisher reports, templates (eText/RTF), and generate EDI/EFT files in multiple formats.</p><p>• Build dashboards, analytics, and reports using OBIEE to enable real-time business insights.</p><p>• Configure Oracle HCM workflows, approval hierarchies, and security models using BPM tools.</p><p>• Participate in SDLC activities, including testing (UAT), troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.</p>

<p>• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.</p><p>• Proven expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios.</p><p>• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and end-to-end test lifecycle activities.</p><p>• Solid understanding of HR business processes and system integrations within Oracle HCM environments.</p><p>• Proficiency in documentation, including test plans, requirements, and risk assessments.</p><p>• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.</p>
