Needed is an experienced Program Director – Data Center to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale data center program. Great benefits here plus a bonus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> VP Operations &amp; C-Suite</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p>Lead the day-to-day execution and coordination of a major data center program, providing overall program leadership across design, procurement, construction, power infrastructure, white space, commissioning and customer deployment.</p><p>The Program Director will provide a single point of program control, ensuring all workstreams, delivery partners and customer interfaces remain aligned with the overall delivery strategy, program and key milestones.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Own and drive the Integrated Master Program, critical path, key dependencies and recovery planning.</li><li>Coordinate internal teams, developers, consultants, contractors, customers and key vendors.</li><li>Lead program governance including daily stand-ups, actions, decisions, risks, change, deliverables and reporting.</li><li>Drive accountability across all workstreams and ensure actions and commitments are delivered.</li><li>Manage critical interfaces between power infrastructure, base build, MEP, white space, commissioning and customer deployment.</li><li>Drive Early Access, energisation, commissioning and Ready for Service milestones.</li><li>Ensure design, procurement and construction activities remain aligned with the required delivery sequence.</li><li>Identify program risks, constraints and blockers early and lead mitigation and recovery strategies.</li><li>Maintain oversight of program impacts arising from scope, schedule and commercial change.</li><li>Support the coordination of commercial, procurement, technical and commissioning activities.</li><li>Build and lead the program delivery team as the project progresses.</li><li>Provide concise executive reporting and escalate matters affecting scope, cost, program or delivery.</li></ul>

<p>The successful candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Strong technical, commercial and project-controls capability.</li><li>Proven experience leading major data center or critical infrastructure programs.</li><li>Experience across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational handover.</li><li>Strong understanding of major electrical, mechanical and power infrastructure.</li><li>Demonstrable experience managing multiple consultants, contractors, vendors and customer stakeholders.</li><li>Strong program controls, critical-path and recovery-planning capability.</li><li>Commercial awareness with an understanding of contractual milestones, change and program impacts.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively at both executive and detailed delivery level.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication and decision-making capability.</li></ul><p>Experience with 100 MW+ hyperscale, AI/HPC, high-density or major power infrastructure programs is strongly preferred. Experience with BTM generation, BESS, substations and fast-track power delivery would be highly advantageous.</p>
