<p>A well-established litigation practice in the St. Cloud area is seeking a Paralegal to support a busy Insurance Defense team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing cases from inception through trial and working closely with attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support attorneys throughout all phases of insurance defense litigation</li><li>Draft, revise, and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, notices, and correspondence</li><li>Manage case files and maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and court appearances</li><li>Coordinate document production, organization, and review</li><li>Prepare medical, employment, and other records for analysis and litigation use</li><li>Summarize records, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials</li><li>Assist with witness interviews, trial preparation, and exhibit management</li><li>Coordinate depositions, mediations, independent medical examinations, and expert witness scheduling</li><li>Perform electronic court filings in state and federal courts</li><li>Communicate with attorneys, clients, insurance carriers, experts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and scheduling</li><li>Prepare hearing binders, trial notebooks, and exhibits</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within insurance defense, personal injury defense, civil litigation, or related practice areas</li><li>Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and discovery processes</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative member of the legal team</li><li>Paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits Overview: </strong></p><ul><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Life Insruance</li><li>Long term Disability</li><li>401(K)</li><li>PTO and Paid Holidays</li></ul>
