<p>Our client in the Lower Fairfield, CT has an opening for an Interim Controller. The Interim Controller will be tasked with managing the month-end close, oversee daily accounting operations- perform bank reconciliations, audits, cash management, G/L management, financial analysis and reporting. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.<br>• Strong expertise in cash management and month-end close processes.<br>• Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial reports with precision.<br>• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger management.<br>• Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance standards.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide clear financial guidance.<br>• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.
