UX Designer
<p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced UX Designer for a contract engagement with one of our leading healthcare clients. This role is ideal for a user‑experience professional who excels at translating complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, accessible, and patient‑centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to improve usability, streamline digital interactions, and support the client’s mission of delivering high‑quality care.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead UX design efforts across web and mobile products, ensuring solutions align with healthcare user needs and regulatory requirements</li><li>Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions</li><li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models that support clear, efficient user journeys</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, developers, clinicians, and stakeholders to define requirements and refine concepts</li><li>Translate complex clinical or administrative processes into intuitive digital experiences</li><li>Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards and support inclusive user experiences</li><li>Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner</li><li>Contribute to design system enhancements and maintain consistency across digital touchpoints<strong></strong></li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design work, preferably within healthcare or other regulated industries</li><li>Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)</li><li>Experience conducting user research and usability testing</li><li>Solid understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced contract environment while managing multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p>
