<p>• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ideally supported by public accounting or audit experience</p><p>• A track record of building, leading, and developing high‑performing teams</p><p>• Hands‑on experience with internal control environments and process improvement initiatives</p><p>• A practical, business‑oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement</p><p>• Familiarity with ERP systems</p><p><br></p><p>This opportunity is well‑suited for an accounting leader who enjoys owning outcomes, driving improvements, and growing alongside a dynamic organization.</p>
