Executive Assistant
<p>Robert Half is seeking a polished and highly organized <strong>Executive Assistant</strong> to support senior leadership at a respected organization in the Spokane area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $28-$34/hr depending on experience</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams.</li><li>Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, and arrange travel logistics.</li><li>Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.</li><li>Support ongoing projects by tracking deadlines, monitoring action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.</li><li>Serve as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.</li><li>Handle confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.</li><li>Assist with board meetings, event coordination, and special projects as needed.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience providing administrative support to executives or senior leaders.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.</li><li>Professional presence with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.</li></ul>
