The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in multitasking, and deliver exceptional organizational and customer service skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and maintain preventive maintenance contracts, ensuring accuracy from setup to invoicing.</p><p>• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service technicians, including ordering necessary parts and verifying documentation.</p><p>• Handle monthly invoicing processes, reconcile records, and maintain accurate contract information.</p><p>• Prepare performance reports for internal teams and customers, ensuring compliance with company procedures.</p><p>• Support administrative functions such as dispatching, inspection coordination, and permit processing.</p><p>• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including following up on payments and processing credit card transactions.</p><p>• Create and manage purchase orders, packing slips, and vendor invoices using QuickBooks and Excel.</p>
