Systems Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Sparta, Michigan. This role involves troubleshooting and implementing diverse technologies while delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing networks, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining system performance across various platforms.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assess and address client technology needs, providing customized solutions that align with their goals.<br>• Implement and manage advanced systems with a strong focus on Microsoft platforms and technologies.<br>• Diagnose and resolve issues related to internet performance, firewalls, servers, wireless connectivity, VoIP, and network systems.<br>• Conduct in-depth evaluations of client systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal functionality.<br>• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative recommendations.<br>• Maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications and project plans, to support system management.<br>• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and mentor colleagues on best practices.<br>• Handle escalated support requests and overflow tickets efficiently to ensure timely resolutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.<br>• Proven expertise in working with Managed Solution Providers and implementing technology solutions.<br>• Strong proficiency with Microsoft platforms, including Windows Server, Windows 10, and Active Directory.<br>• Hands-on experience with Dell and Citrix technologies.<br>• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address unique technical challenges.<br>• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.<br>• Capable of managing multiple small-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.<br>• Collaborative approach with a team-oriented mindset to foster effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.
