Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Simi Valley, California. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calls. The role is essential in generating leads, assessing customer interest, and supporting the sales team by scheduling appointments or transferring opportunities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, averaging 100–150 calls daily.<br>• Assess leads and determine customer interest to decide the next steps.<br>• Schedule appointments or transfer opportunities to the sales team.<br>• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive and persuasive demeanor.<br>• Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the company's system.<br>• Follow up on previous communications to nurture leads and build relationships.<br>• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries when necessary.<br>• Perform basic data entry tasks to ensure records are updated and organized.<br>• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer outreach strategies.<br>• Maintain a strong understanding of company services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.<br>• Proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Strong skills in handling objections and maintaining composure under pressure.<br>• Experience with order entry and accurate data documentation.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls effectively.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
