Program Manager
We are looking for a strategic Program Manager to lead a marketing services function in Shakopee, Minnesota. This role combines program leadership, stakeholder partnership, and operational oversight to deliver strong business outcomes and a high-quality internal client experience. The position is well suited for a leader who can guide experienced professionals, manage external partners, and improve services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Guide, coach, and support a team of senior marketing professionals, creating accountability and encouraging continued growth.<br>• Direct the planning, delivery, and refinement of marketing service programs to align with business priorities and measurable results.<br>• Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, building trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.<br>• Oversee a portfolio of agency and vendor relationships, monitoring service quality, performance expectations, and overall value.<br>• Shape clear service messaging and value narratives that strengthen engagement and promote adoption across the organization.<br>• Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technology partners to coordinate initiatives and achieve shared objectives.<br>• Manage budgeting, annual planning activities, reporting, and program performance metrics to support informed decision-making.<br>• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and introduce expanded service capabilities.<br>• Support travel as needed for domestic meetings and occasional international engagements related to program priorities.
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.</p><p>• 7 plus years of experience in program management, marketing operations, agency leadership, or a comparable function.</p><p>• Demonstrated success leading experienced teams and driving strong performance in a dynamic environment.</p><p>• Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.</p><p>• Experience coordinating multiple vendors while balancing timelines, quality expectations, and business needs.</p><p>• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across complex cross-functional initiatives.</p><p>• Background in B2B or B2B2C marketing environments is preferred.</p><p>• Familiarity with program management practices, customer service platforms, and marketing-related tools is a plus.</p>
