Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a contract event role in Seattle, Washington. In this position, you will help create an organized, welcoming experience for attendees by coordinating guest arrival, assisting with questions, and supporting on-site operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who remains detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting and enjoys providing hands-on customer support during live events.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome attendees upon arrival and manage the check-in process with accuracy and care.<br>• Guide guests throughout the venue by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate areas.<br>• Monitor entry points and high-traffic spaces to keep lines moving smoothly and maintain an orderly flow of people.<br>• Provide timely assistance to vendors and exhibitors to help them operate efficiently during the event.<br>• Represent the event with a courteous, approachable demeanor while delivering attentive customer service at all times.<br>• Contribute to general event operations, including light preparation before the event and basic wrap-up tasks afterward.<br>• Respond to inbound attendee questions and provide clear information to support a positive guest experience.<br>• Assist with order-related or registration details as needed to ensure accurate guest support and event coordination.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a public-facing event role.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries with clear and courteous communication.<br>• Comfortable performing order entry or registration-related tasks with strong attention to detail.<br>• Capable of managing both inbound and outbound communication when follow-up is needed.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and helpful in busy environments.<br>• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a detail-oriented approach throughout the assignment.<br>• Able to support light physical event tasks such as minor setup or breakdown activities.
