Content Editor
<p>We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented content editor to support a long-term contract opportunity that is 100% onsite in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will help strengthen and organize employee-facing HR content, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and ready for delivery across modern digital experiences, including AI-enabled channels. This position is ideal for someone who combines editorial precision with strong stakeholder collaboration and a practical understanding of content operations at scale.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Review HR content with content owners to confirm accuracy, relevance, compliance, and readiness for future use.</p><p>• Manage content creation and revision requests from internal customers while meeting established service expectations and delivery schedules.</p><p>• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to coordinate large-scale content movement from multiple sources while preserving consistency and quality.</p><p>• Validate migrated content by checking metadata, structure, and formatting, and provide sign-off support during testing activities.</p><p>• Help reshape lengthy, single-purpose documents into modular content components designed for reuse across audiences, channels, and AI-supported experiences.</p><p>• Contribute to editorial standards, style guidance, and content governance practices that improve clarity and maintainability.</p><p>• Ensure published materials align with policy updates, process changes, accessibility expectations, and organizational content strategy.</p><p>• Build productive working relationships across cross-functional teams to resolve issues, gather input, and keep projects moving forward.</p>
<p>• Proven experience editing, managing, or optimizing content within one or more content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, etc.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to prepare structured content for AI ingestion, reuse, and metadata-driven publishing.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and sound editorial judgment.</p><p>• Experience working with cross-functional partners on deadline-driven projects involving content operations or process coordination.</p><p>• Familiarity with HR, policy, benefits, or employee service content in a complex organizational environment.</p><p>• Ability to balance multiple priorities, respond to requests efficiently, and maintain accuracy under tight timelines.</p><p>• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams.</p>
