<p>Robert Half is partnering with a highly regarded nationwide law firm in <strong>the Greater Seattle Area</strong> to identify a Conflicts Attorney who is ready to jump in to assist and possibly join their close-knit team. This position is contract, with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Remote - must be located in the pacific standard time zone.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $50-60 per hour DOE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 6+ month contract, with a potential for contract-to-hire</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> M-F, 8am-5pm</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Conduct thorough conflicts checks and resolve potential issues with precision.</li><li>Manage and oversee employee conflicts to ensure compliance and harmony within the organization.</li><li>Documentation: Draft conflict resolution memos, consent letters, and maintain thorough records of conflict decisions.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Must reside in a state where the firm is licensed to practice. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience, ideally in litigation or transactional law.</li><li>Prior experience as a Conflicts Attorney, preferably in a medium to large law firm.</li></ul><p>The salary range for this position is $50-60/hr.
