Project Coordinator
<p><strong>Construction Project Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire) </strong></p><p>Robert Half is partnering with a growing and well-established construction company in the Schenectady area to hire a Construction Project Coordinator. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting projects behind the scenes and ensuring the details are handled correctly from start to finish.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll play a key role in project setup, contract review, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, purchase order management, and bid support while working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. <ul><li>Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, contract administration, or administrative support</li><li>Experience supporting a contractor, construction firm, engineering company, or project-based organization preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Experience working with contracts, compliance documentation, purchase orders, or project files is a plus</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers</li></ul>
