We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail who can manage financial processes with precision while contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment. Responsibilities:• Oversee accounts payable processes, including matching purchase orders and utilities to invoices.• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment application, and collection efforts.• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies through detailed analysis.• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial statements.• Coordinate payroll processing • Handle employee time-off requests and attendance-based bonus programs.• Participate in employee relations activities, including light recruiting and onboarding processes.• Collaborate with external accountants and support the implementation of efficient financial procedures.
