<p>We are looking for a dependable Material Handler to support warehouse and logistics operations in Santa Clara, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in accurate shipping and receiving activities. The role involves coordinating incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Logistical Oversight: Coordinate, log, and process inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely fulfillment.</p><p>Data Management: Maintain highly accurate inventory and shipping records using C-tec software (training provided).</p><p>Documentation &amp; Compliance: Inspect incoming manifests, verify packing slips against physical inventory, and process shipping documentation.</p><p>Inventory Coordination: Support materials management by tracking stock levels, organizing digital records, and facilitating routine inventory counts.</p><p>Vendor &amp; Courier Liaison: Communicate with carriers and delivery drivers to coordinate pickup and drop-off schedules.</p>

<p>Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping/receiving administration, inventory control, or a related environment.</p><p>Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and utilizing inventory management systems (like C-tec) and standard office software.</p><p>Physical Demands: Ability to handle light-to-moderate physical tasks typical of a desk-and-warehouse hybrid role, including occasionally lifting packages up to 20–25 lbs.</p>
