<p>You should be a well-rounded infrastructure professional with strong experience across:</p><ul><li>Cloud platforms and infrastructure</li><li>Microsoft 365 ecosystem</li><li>Azure and identity technologies</li><li>Entra ID</li><li>Security and endpoint management</li><li>Firewalls</li><li>Backup and disaster recovery solutions</li><li>Virtualization technologies</li><li>Networking and systems administration</li></ul><p>Ideal Background</p><ul><li>Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills</li><li>Comfortable engaging directly with executives and business decision-makers</li><li>Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide strategic guidance—not just execute tasks</li><li>Experience balancing multiple projects, clients, or environments simultaneously</li><li>Consulting or MSP experience is highly preferred</li><li>Candidates from enterprise environments should demonstrate experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities</li><li>Strong customer-service mindset with a versatile, “jack-of-all-trades” approach</li></ul><p><br></p>
