HR Generalist
We’re seeking HR Generalists to support a variety of client organizations in 2026! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing multiple HR functions, taking initiative, and creating positive workplace experiences. You’ll play a critical role in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and overall HR operations. Why This Role Matters: Partner with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations. Take initiative to improve HR processes and employee experiences. Work across departments and contribute to a positive, efficient workplace. Gain exposure to all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Administer benefits programs, leave management, and HRIS updates. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues. Assist with performance management, employee development initiatives, and engagement programs. Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives.
2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. detail oriented demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
