The Litigation Paralegal provides advanced case support throughout all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeal. This role partners with attorneys on case strategy, client communication, and coordination with experts and co-counsel, while also assisting with workflow management and day-to-day case operations. Responsibilities<ul><li>Utilize litigation support tools (e.g., Relativity, Everchron, CaseMap, Westlaw Case Notebook) to manage case materials</li><li>Organize, maintain, and index case files and related documentation</li><li>Handle docketing and monitor deadlines using internal calendaring systems</li><li>Support TTAB proceedings (oppositions, cancellations) from intake through resolution and appeal</li><li>Prepare and file pleadings including notices, petitions, answers, motions, and related documents</li><li>Draft routine legal filings such as subpoenas, deposition notices, and discovery templates</li><li>Manage service of documents and maintain accurate filing records</li><li>Coordinate and assist with deposition preparation and document production (including privilege logs and eDiscovery tracking)</li><li>Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, filings, and logistics coordination</li><li>Conduct legal research and cite-checking using Westlaw and other tools</li><li>Perform trademark enforcement research, including monitoring USPTO filings and identifying potential infringements</li><li>Gather and preserve online evidence, including social media content, for litigation use</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required (California candidates must meet state requirements)</li><li>5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment</li><li>Experience supporting trademark or intellectual property litigation preferred</li><li>Strong proficiency with legal technology including Westlaw, PACER, e-filing systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat</li><li>Familiarity with litigation support platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everchron, CaseMap)</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines</li><li>Effective communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>Proven ability to handle confidential information and drive projects forward with minimal supervision</li></ul>
