• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, with at least seven years of accounting experience.<br>• Proven experience in office operations within a law firm or services environment, spanning at least five years.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and lookups.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to all levels of the organization.<br>• Demonstrated experience in document control, scanning, and compiling processes.<br>• Supervisory management skills with a track record of leading teams successfully.<br>• Ability to travel and work onsite as required to support organizational needs.<br>• Familiarity with services billing structures and operational standards.
