<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide direct onsite IT support for end users across the Salem District</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and wireless device issues</li><li>Support Microsoft environments including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams</li><li>Manage service requests using help desk ticketing and tracking systems</li><li>Perform problem identification, escalation, and resolution tracking while ensuring timely communication with users</li><li>Support field staff in adopting and utilizing new technologies to improve operational efficiency</li><li>Provide basic training and guidance to end users on systems and applications (preferred)</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials (nice to have)</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective technology deployment and support</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft desktop environments (Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams)</li><li>5+ years of experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and wireless devices</li><li>5+ years of experience using IT service desk or ticketing systems</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a “customer-first” mindset</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work directly with non-technical end users in field environments</li><li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving history (required for state vehicle use)</li></ul><p>•Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Experience providing end-user training and support</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise mobile and desktop application environments</li><li>Ability to create training documentation and user guides</li><li>Prior experience supporting government or large enterprise IT environments</li></ul>
