Controller
We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reports and insightful data analysis to support decision-making processes. This position will require collaboration with various stakeholders, including finance and procurement teams, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial performance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Compile and analyze financial data from multiple systems to identify trends and insights.<br>• Prepare detailed financial reporting packages with precision and timeliness.<br>• Utilize data management tools and spreadsheets to research and resolve complex accounting issues, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.<br>• Monitor and manage account performance metrics such as KPIs, CPIs, and SLAs.<br>• Collaborate with account leadership on initiatives like savings strategies, benchmarking, forecasting, and utilization reporting.<br>• Provide mentorship and guidance to accountants and analysts, leading team meetings or projects as required.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients, operational teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.<br>• Support financial decision-making through ad hoc analysis and modeling.<br>• Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.<br>• Minimum of three to five years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>• Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and variance analysis.<br>• Experience with Yardi or similar real estate accounting software is highly desirable.<br>• Advanced skills in Excel, BI analytics, and other Microsoft Office tools.<br>• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively.<br>• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
